Some funniness from work

I think that if the right people found out how much fun and random sillyness we have at work...we would probably either be terminated or demoted to housekeeping or something of that nature.  Here are some photos of my co workers and I having some fun with our clinic skeleton....hey it was near Halloween...
It really all started with Sara and Kacee....they were to ring leaders of this little tidbit of nonsense

See how shamlessly Kacee is exhibiting PDA behavior with this bag of bones....I would never do something like that.....

No...really that is NOT me smooching the skeleton..its my evil twin...see here she is now!!

Oh wait...thats my BOSS!! I guess we can keep this up here for blackmail purposes should anyone get any crazy ideas, you know like the demotion I spoke of earlier???

Some blasts from the not so distant past!

At the end of July of last year I was given an amazing opportunity to leave the cruddy office I was working in and join the Resident clinic.  Although I desperately wanted to leave the office I was in for various reasons...mainly it was like living in a constant state of aggravation to put it lightly I was terrified that I might be walking out of the frying pan and into the fire.  Through the deligent work of my now great friend Skye I was not only able to leave that place, but now I am so happy where I work and I made a life long friend.

Shortly after I started working there, Skye was alerted to the fact that I am a knitter and she suggested to me that she would like a hat.  When I found out her crazy addiction for Hello Kitty I decided to make her a Hello Kitty Hat!!

When Skye started showing off her hat to our co workers there was a great deal of excitment brewing.  Who would have thought something so simple would be so exciting to everyone.  One of our co workers then commissioned me to create an order for her loved one......

Thus the Cookie Monster hat came to be!!  Yep its true...there
are two grown woman who run around town proudly displaying the cuteness that these to hats possess!!

Although I have not been knitting very long I find myself starting many projects and because I have an extremley hectic schedule my ADD kicks in and I find it hard to finish said projects.  For these two hats to be completed is a major accomplishment for me and I must say that when I committed to sticking to a deadline of completion it was deinately a great thing!

Now I have been able finish several other projects.....Hey what can I say?  Im a work in progress..Rome wasnt built in a day ya know!!

My Very First Blog!!!

So, Im not really certain what to say in my first post.  Ill be honest I feel over whelmed just from what I went through to get this blog up and going.  Im sure like most things "techie" in oreintation it will get easier for me.

Today has been a realitively lazy day so far.  I started watching a marathon of Jersery Shore on MTV this morning and now I am hooked.  This happens to me quite often.  I vow that I will never watch a show, which I usually deem as stupid....and the next thing you know, I can not function without it and now I have to add this gem to my HUGE additiction of television drama!

I am going to go ahead and post this little tid bit and then I am going to work on some blasts from the past that I want to share. Mostly my knitting items and photography.  I am very much in love with photography right now and I am trying to learn all I can about it.  Its very challenging and rewarding...especially with a digital cam!
